Participating restaurants operate independently and remain responsible for their own business activities.

5. Restaurant Listing Eligibility

Restaurants applying for listings must comply with applicable business licensing, food safety, advertising, and consumer protection requirements.

Participating businesses are responsible for maintaining applicable:

Health approvals
Insurance
Food safety procedures
Other legally required authorizations

We may request reasonable verification of business identity and operating information.

However, directory inclusion does not mean that we have independently inspected or verified every restaurant.

6. Paid Advertising and Featured Listings

SushiSurrey.com may offer paid advertising opportunities to eligible restaurants.

Depending on the advertising package, features may include:

7. Advertising Subscription Renewals

Paid advertising subscriptions may automatically renew only where the advertiser has expressly authorized recurring billing.

The renewal frequency, price, cancellation process, and applicable conditions will be disclosed before enrollment.

Advertisers may cancel future renewals at any time without cancellation penalties.

Material subscription price changes will be communicated in advance, and additional consent will be obtained where legally required.

8. Cancellation Policy

Restaurants may request cancellation of their directory advertising subscriptions at any time.

There are no cancellation penalties.

Advertisers may request immediate removal of their listing or allow it to remain published until the end of the prepaid advertising period.

Cancellation of future billing does not automatically reverse charges for advertising services already delivered.

Requests will be handled within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Fair Prorated Refund Policy

We aim to provide transparent and advertiser-friendly refund arrangements.

For standard prepaid directory advertising subscriptions:

Before Publication: A full refund is available if no advertising services have been delivered.

Within Seven Calendar Days of Publication: Advertisers may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription.

After Seven Calendar Days: Advertisers may request a prorated refund for unused full calendar days remaining in the prepaid subscription period.

Refunds will be calculated according to the unused portion of the agreed subscription term.

Separately priced custom promotional services already completed may be excluded where disclosed in advance and legally permitted.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 15 calendar days.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Important: This refund policy applies only to SushiSurrey.com directory advertising services. It does not govern food purchases or transactions with independent restaurants.

10. Accuracy of Restaurant Information

Participating restaurants are responsible for providing accurate and current business information, including:

Restaurant name

Telephone number
Website address
Business email
Operating hours
Menu descriptions
Dining services
Takeout availability
Delivery arrangements
Photographs
Service areas

Restaurants should promptly update information that becomes inaccurate.

We may correct, suspend, or remove materially misleading listings.

11. Restaurant Menus and Pricing

Menu information and prices may change without notice.

Participating restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their menus, food descriptions, prices, and promotional offers.

SushiSurrey.com does not guarantee the availability of any particular menu item, price, special offer, or restaurant service.

Visitors should confirm current details directly with the restaurant before ordering.

12. Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance

Participating restaurants are responsible for complying with applicable food safety legislation, health regulations, sanitation requirements, and food service standards.

This includes appropriate practices concerning:

Staff hygiene

Advertisers confirm that they possess the necessary rights and permissions to submit their content.
